My original claim to fame was being the "guy who was good with computers" 💻 to my family and friends (still is). Years later, I've tried to make computing easier for millions of people around the UK. Having come from a research background, I specialise in turning complex customer problems into business solutions that are focused on delivering for business and product outcomes. I am deeply passionate about design, technology and designing for good. It's the greatest pleasure of my life that I get to do my passion for my job every day.

I ❤️ dogs, technology, music, travelling. Being British 🇬🇧 I have a particular fondness for a good tea, coffee and football.

Using tools like Figma, Framer and Axure, I create prototypes for user-testing and development-ready responsive screens for web and mobile platforms.

With my research background, I am capable in conducting, analysing and delivering qualitative research and converting these into “how might we” statements for iteration.
